Burger of the Week—The Hot Wing Burger

April 15–18

New gourmet burgers each week Tuesday through Friday from 5–9 p.m.

What’s not to love in the new Hot Wing Burger? The name alone piques your interest. What’s in the Hot Wing Burger? Glad you asked. You can’t possibly go wrong with a 10-ounce all-beef patty drizzled with in sriracha butter sauce, all cooked to perfection. That’s a given. But throw on melted blue cheese for a touch of sharp, mixed with caramelized onions for some sweet and now we’re talking! Neutralize it all with some Boston Bibb lettuce for the crunch, and there you have it. Your new favorite burger!

Served exclusively in our bar and lounge with your choice of vinaigrette coleslaw, creamy pasta salad or pommes frites.

Burger of the Week—The French Bistro Burger

April 22–25

New gourmet burgers each week Tuesday through Friday from 5–9 p.m.

Dear, do you remember Paris? The walks in Provence were exquisite and the water of the Ligurian Sea was so tepid. Do you recall Versailles? Do you recall the bistro where we enjoyed wine and cheese? The memory sparks a wonderfully unfamiliar sandwich called, the Bistro Burger. A 10-ounce all-beef patty, smothered in Gruyere cheese and garlic-mustard mayonnaise. I remember loving every bite, yet never loving like that again, until this burger. I eluded hunger. Fini.

April 29–May 2

Dear Chef Baier, we accept the fact that we had to wait so long for such a tasty burger. What we had was hunger, but we think you're a genius to make us tell you in just a few words what we want on this burger we crave. You see burgers as you want to see them, in the simplest terms and the most convenient definitions.

What we found out is that each burger needs: a bun and a 10-ounce all-beef patty, crispy red beet hash, BBQ sauce, and a fried egg.

Woodford Reserve® Derby Dinner

Tuesday, April 29 at 6 p.m.

Craft beers have been gaining popularity as of late. But craft bourbon, now there’s something special. Leaving mass production to competitors, Woodford Reserve is hand crafted in small batches to give it the purest flavor, with a smoothest finish. Five courses from Dream Dance Steak paired with Woodford Reserve make this dinner an exacta.

Courses include:

Peach-pickled Pork Tenderloin featuring red oak lettuce and sliced peaches, served with Kentucky Peach Stand

Bacon-wrapped Cobia featuring citus gastrique, grapefruit and orange segments and micro arugula, served with Maple Bourbon Smash

Braised Pheasant featuring sautéed shaved root vegetables, Swiss chard and beet chips, served with Champagne Cocktail
