Welcome, Chef Alex! Fall is here and the holiday season is upon us. What is the inspiration behind the Dream Dance Thanksgiving feature?

Thanks for having me! Our Thanksgiving feature draws from nostalgic autumn flavors and is tailored to a fine dining atmosphere. It has ties to the classic family Thanksgiving meal—warm and comforting, home-cooked holiday favorites, prepared with a modern twist.

 

What are a few holiday menu selections you would like to highlight?

We really focused on an interactive dining experience, featuring multiple action stations. There will be a carving station with traditional turkey breast, and prime rib to draw into our steakhouse atmosphere. We have a seasonal action station showcasing gnocchi with roasted butternut squash, and there will also be an elaborate seafood display, which I think is essential to Dream Dance Steakhouse. We will also feature a variety of classic Thanksgiving side dishes to accompany your meal.

 

And when I reflect on Thanksgiving, I always think about dessert. What has the team prepared?

Our Pastry team will be creating a JELL-O^® display. It’s a throwback to the '80s Thanksgiving dinner and ties to family nostalgia. Classic pumpkin pie and assorted upscale desserts will also be available to enjoy.

Thank you for the behind-the-scenes take on Dream Dance’s Thanksgiving meal. On another note, Dream Dance recently rolled out a new menu. What was the vision behind it?

We are very excited for our new core menu. It draws significant inspiration from classical Haute Cuisine, showcasing meticulous preparation, elaborate presentation, and the use of high-quality, unique ingredients. It reinterprets timeless classic dishes in a contemporary manner preserving the essence of a modern steakhouse while providing guests with luxurious alternatives to the traditional steakhouse experience. Diners can choose to enjoy a classic prime steakhouse meal or satisfy their curiosity by indulging in a decadent tasting experience.
