DUELO

Considered by many to be one of the greatest Norteno or Regional Mexican bands coming out of South Texas, Duelo has a significant following in both the United States of America and Mexico setting attendance records and performing to sold out shows regularly.

In 1996, DUELO was born when its founders, Oscar Iván Treviño and Dimas López, formed a duet that played in the restaurant of the latter's parents in their native Rome, Texas. The band continues to blaze trails, including multiple nominations for awards such as: Billboard Awards, Premios Oye and the Latin Grammys. In 2012 the band made their third appearance at Reliant Stadium in Houston for The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, breaking the attendance record then with more than 74,588 attendees.
