Whatever your definition of comfort food, you can find it here at Potawatomi Casino Hotel. We’ve selected five of our favorite comfort dishes from across our property for you to try this winter with your loved ones.

1. French Onion Soup – Dream Dance Steakhouse

French Onion Soup is a rich, savory dish that combines caramelized onions with beef or vegetable broth, white wine, or sherry, seasoned with thyme and bay leaves. This hardy soup is incomplete without the generous layer of melted Gruyère cheese topped with a Brioche crouton. This soup is rustic yet refined and a perfect starter for cold evenings in fall and winter.

The salty crunch of the chips pairs perfectly with the creamy, melty cheese mixture. But that's not all; these nachos are taken to the next level with the addition of cotija cheese, lime aioli, red onions, sweet peppers, jalapeños, roasted corn, chili sauce, guacamole, and chopped fresh cilantro. Need more? Add chicken or steak to make these nachos *Chefs Kiss* perfection.

Whether you share this dish with friends or enjoy it alone, the Street Nachos from Rock & Brews will not disappoint.
