Auction Items and Card Donations

Auction Items
One of the ways Potawatomi Bingo Casino helps area non-profit organizations is through the donation of items for fundraising events. Auction items include restaurant gift certificates, bingo certificates, Northern Lights Theater tickets and logo-identified merchandise. Items provided are at the discretion of the Casino.

Potawatomi Bingo Casino Public Relations department limits its support to non-profits, civic or other business/trade organizations within an approximate 100-mile radius of the Casino.

The Casino focuses its donations in the following categories:

• Adult Health and Wellness
• Sustaining the Environment
• Celebrating Diversity
• Supporting Elders
• Economic Development
• Investing in Future Generations – support is this category is made exclusively through
  Miracle on Canal Street. It is the only program that contributes to children’s charities.
  

The Casino does not donate items to companies or other organizations hosting second-party fundraisers. The Casino also does not support requests from K-12 schools, for casino nights, causes that benefit an individual, churches or events that will include people under 18 years of age in attendance.

Organizations should use the on-line request form to submit a request for consideration. Each request is reviewed and an email response will be sent.

Only one submission will be considered for an organization for an calendar year, and an auction item can only be provided to an organization once in a twelve-month period.

Potawatomi Bingo Casino receives far more requests than it can fulfill and reserves the right to decline any and all auction item requests.

Decks of Cards Donations
Playing cards come in boxes of approximately 160–180 decks each. Once notified, organizations must pick up the donation.
