Self-Restriction Program
Our self-restriction program is available to any guest of the Casino. For some, self-restriction may provide a needed break or barrier to a potential problem. Self-restriction must be initiated by the person, and it can not be activated by a friend or family member. Additionally, it must be done in person.
Potawatomi Bingo Casino’s self-restriction is valid for at least one year. After one year, the person can submit a written request for the restriction to be lifted. The request will be reviewed by a committee and the person will be notified of the decision.
Self-Restriction Program Includes:
- Voluntarily signing an agreement asking Potawatomi Bingo Casino to refuse service to you and that if found on the property the Casino can and will ask you to leave. The Casino can work with local police and charge a person with trespassing if they are banned and enter the Casino.
- A photo is taken by Casino staff and will be included with the completed agreement. This information is shared with Security personnel for identification purposes.
- The Fire Keeper's Club card of restricted guests is inactivated and the guest’s address will be removed from all mailing lists.
To initiate a self-restriction or if you have questions about a current ban, contact the Potawatomi Bingo Casino Ban Inquiry Line at 414-847-7608. Or, you can also ask to speak with someone from Security or Guest Relations while at the Casino.
