Responsible Gaming
We appreciate your patronage. But most of all, we value you as a person. Our goal is to provide fun and entertainment for you and all of our guests.
If gaming is disrupting your life and affecting your family or your job, it's time to stop and talk to people who can help you.
Addiction to gaming is like any other addiction; it can affect anyone from any background. If you feel you have a problem, we want to help. Start by asking yourself these questions:
1. Do I often gamble longer than I’d planned?
2. Do I often gamble until my last dollar is gone?
3. Do thoughts of gambling cause me to lose sleep?
4. Have I used my income or savings to gamble while letting bills go unpaid?
5. Have I made repeated, unsuccessful attempts to stop gambling?
6. Have I broken the law or considered breaking the law to finance my gambling?
7. Have I borrowed money to finance my gambling?
8. Do I feel depressed or suicidal because of my gambling losses?
9. Am I remorseful after gambling?
10. Have I gambled to get money to meet financial obligations?
If you or someone you know answers yes to any of these questions, it might be time to seek assistance.
Self-Restriction
If you feel that you’ve lost control of how often you visit the Casino, Self-Restriction is an option. Simply contact our Security Department at 1-800-729-7244 ext. 8068, and they’ll explain how the process works, then, if you desire, help you fill out a "Self-Restriction Agreement.” Self-Restrictions will last one year from the date you sign the Agreement, but you can extend the length of the restriction by submitting a letter before your Agreement expires. The Agreement document includes important information that will help our security staff identify you to maintain your restriction by asking you to leave if necessary.
Mailing Lists
Upon your request, we will remove your name, address and phone number from the Potawatomi Bingo Casino Fire Keeper's Club and/or other casino mailing lists. Please visit either Fire Keeper's Club booth for assistance.
