Let Total Promo work for you!

Entering promotions is now as simple as using your Fire Keeper’s Club card! Total Promo, a new promotional software program, allows you to enter most of our promotions simply by playing your favorite slot machine or table game with your Club card. With Total Promo, you’ll automatically receive one entry into a drawing and will begin earning additional entries as you play.

Here are a few terms you need to know:

Enroll
Some promotions may require you to visit the Fire Keeper’s Club booth to receive your free entry and any other items associated with a specific promotion. The rules of each promotion will tell you if you need to enroll.

Check-in
This means your entries are activated and are qualified for selection in the promotional drawing. To check-in, either visit the Fire Keeper’s Club booth or play table games with your Club card. The easiest way to check-in is to insert your Club card into any slot machine, wait for the points screen to display and then remove your card. This must be done within the specified time frame as designated within the rules of each promotion.

If your name is randomly selected as a winner of a promotion, it will be announced on the main casino floor, Sky Lodge, Solstice Lounge and Poker Room, unless otherwise stated. Once your name is called, you will have 10 minutes to claim your prize.

Guests cannot earn entries or check-in entries in the Bingo Hall or Poker Room.
