Earning and Redeeming Points
Earning Points
Slot Players. Insert your card into the
card reader on your favorite slot or
video poker machine. Once your name
is displayed, you’re on your way to
earning points. Be sure to keep your
card inserted until you’re finished
playing to ensure all points are applied
to your account.
Bingo Players. Simply present your Fire Keeper’s Club card to the admissions clerk when purchasing your bingo pack and the points will be added to your account.
Table Games Players. When you buy in at one of our tables, present your card to the dealer. The floor supervisor will calculate your points based on your play.
Redeeming Points
They’re your points—how you redeem them is up to you. As a Fire Keeper’s Club member, you may exchange your points for a variety of exclusive offers and items:
- Slot play directly at slot machines
- Bingo buy-in at the bingo admissions booth
- Tickets to The Northern Lights Theater
- Items at the Sweet Grass Gift Shop
- Food and beverage in any of our restaurants
- Earning extra entries into promotions (when applicable)
Note: Starting September 1, Fire Keeper’s Club accounts without activity for 12 consecutive months will become inactive and all unredeemed points will be forfeited.
Bonus Programs FKC Reward Play delivers reward credits right to your Club card and is ready for redemption at your favorite slot machine. It eliminates the need for you to go to the cage to redeem monthly coupons. FKC Point Exchange allows you to easily exchange your points for Reward Play at your favorite slot machine. With these programs, you will no longer need to redeem points for cash because your reward credits will be loaded directly onto your Club card for redemption.
