Team Member Appreciation Events

S.P.A.R.K. – stands for Smiles, Pride, Attitude, Respect, Knowledge. Each department recognizes team members with these qualities by giving them a S.P.A.R.K. card to enter into a drawing. Every month, 50 names are drawn from the S.P.A.R.K. box and winners are awarded a $25 gift card to various venues.

Birthdays – Every team member is recognized on their special day with a birthday card from the General Manager complete with a S.P.A.R.K. card enclosed.

Team Member of the Month – Once a month, each department nominates one team member whose performance is particularly outstanding. The winning Team Member of the Month receives a crystal Flame award, dinner for two at Dream Dance, a special parking spot for the month, and their picture posted on the Employee Relations bulletin board.

At the end of the year, each monthly winner is entered into the selection process for Team Member of the Year, with the winner announced at a special dinner for those nominated. The recipient of this special award receives specially selected gifts valued at $5,000, a parking spot for one year and more!

Milwaukee County Transit System – A monthly bus permit costs about $60 a month. However, Potawatomi Bingo Casino will pay half the permit cost for our team members! Team members can start or cancel their permit at any time.

Anniversaries – The Casino recognizes team members who have provided 5, 10, 15 and 20 years of service by awarding them with a Certificate of Appreciation from the General Manager and Assistant General Manager, along with a gift of their choice.

The Casino sponsors many events that team members have the opportunity to attend throughout the year, including Brewers, Bucks and Admirals games, as well as festivals.
