Fire
All of our steaks are Certified Angus Beef, USDA from the Midwest. Seasoned with sea salt, cracked pepper and fire roasted on our grill. Served with Wisconsin cheddar chive potatoes, plum tomato, arugula and roasted garlic. Choice of Wild Earth Steak Sauce, Chimichurri Sauce or Béarnaise Butter.
