All of our steaks are Certified USDA Choice from the Midwest. Seasoned with sea salt, cracked pepper and fire roasted on our grill. Served with Wisconsin cheddar chive potatoes, plum tomato and roasted garlic. With your choice of Wild Earth Steak Sauce, Chimichurri Sauce or Béarnaise Butter.
