Say hello to the glorious warm weather and sunshine-filled days of spring. It’s time to get out and enjoy the blooming season. And, we have just the event to entice you—a special four-course dinner featuring wines from the Veneto region in northeast Italy.
First Course: Carpaccio with shaved Parmesan, shaved red onion and white truffle oil, paired with Raimondi San Vito, Repasso Valpolicella.
Second Course: Risotto primavera paired with Pieropan®, Soave Classico
Third Course: Pancetta-wrapped Atlantic cod with tomato-caper ragu, paired with Lo Duca, Pinot Nero
Fourth Course: Tiramisu served with café and Galliano Ristretto.
Arrival is at 5:30 p.m.; dinner at 6 p.m.
