How do I obtain a copy of my winnings and losses?
In order to obtain a win loss statement you must fill out a copy of our Win/Loss Statement forms.  The form can be downloaded here. Please mail in the completed form along with a photocopy of your driver's license and your Fire Keeper's Club card. Alternatively, you could stop by the Fire Keeper's Club booth and fill out one of these forms in person.

 

How do I change/update my address?
Regrettably, this type of transaction can only be performed in person at our Fire Keeper's Club booth, located in the Grand Lobby.  Due to the nature of our industry, privacy concerns, and our guest's safety, you will need to present valid photograph identification to a Host/Hostess for the address change to occur.

 

Why have I not been receiving emails I signed up for from the Casino?
Please verify that you have added admin@dmail.paysbig.com address to your address book or contact list. View the instructions here. If you have not added this new deployment address to your address book, chances are that the email landed in your spam box or was blocked completely by your internet service provider. Please contact your internet service provider to ensure this is the case.

 

Do you sell gift certificates for gambling?
We do not offer gambling gift certificates. If you are looking for a dining gift certificate, they may be purchased at any one of our dining venues.  The Fire Pit Sports Bar and Grill has the most accommodating hours to purchase the aforementioned gift cards, but any dining venue sells gift certificates during their normal hours of operation. Bingo gift certificates are available at any Fire Keeper's Club booth in the Casino. Bingo gift certificates may be purchased with cash or credit cards only.  The certificates are issued in denominations of $10, $15, $20 and $25 and have an expiration date of one year.

 

When do tickets go on sale for…? It is not listed on your website.
Often, a performance date is listed on the artist's website before the schedule is confirmed with The Northern Lights Theater. We would suggest periodically checking the entertainment calendar on our website at for the latest information.

 

Where do I purchase tickets to one of your shows?
Tickets can be purchased at The Northern Lights Theater box office or at Ticketmaster locations.  We would suggest, however, purchasing tickets online at Ticketmaster.com.

 

Can I bring my child to the Casino?
No. Everyone must be at least 21 years old to play slots or table games in our Casino.  Also, you must be at least 18 years of age to play bingo in the Bingo Hall on the third floor of the Casino.

 

Will the Casino donate an item for my company's fundraiser?

Where do I go to apply for a job at the Casino?
Please visit the Employment section of our website to see a list of available positions. You can apply online for one or several positions. You can also apply at our Administration Building located at 313 N. 13th Street, Milwaukee, WI  53233.

 

Do you have wheelchairs available?
We do have wheelchairs for our guests. You may obtain them from the Valet department located in the Grand Lobby. There is no charge, but you will need valid identification.

 

Do you have a hotel attached to the Casino?
No, we do not have a hotel at the Casino, however, Potawatomi Bingo Casino has teamed up with multiple hotels in the greater Milwaukee area to provide special rates for our guests.  This program is called "Stay and Play."
