Finally the warmth of the sun is gracing us here in Milwaukee. After a damp, cold spring, it almost felt like summer would never come to our city. But with the mercury rising and people spending more time outside, The Buffet at Potawatomi Bingo Casino knows how to celebrate summer.

The 2011 Triple Crown action will come to a close this Saturday, June 11 with the running of the final race—The Belmont Stakes. Catch all the action in the Off-Track Betting Room or on the 20-foot screen in The Northern Lights Theater.
The Belmont Stakes is the longest running stakes race in the U.S. and is expected to draw the best horses in the field.
Because there were two different winners in the Kentucky Derby and Preakness Stakes, no horse will win the Triple Crown—a feat that only 11 horses have accomplished since the notion of the Triple Crown began.
Fear not, race lovers! This weekend's race is still going to be a must-see event because the two horses that won the Derby and the Preakness are running in the Belmont Stakes.

The Casino is putting a new spin on happy hour by introducing molecular cocktails at its Bar 360. Molecular Mondays will feature brightly colored, edible cocktails and alcohol-infused foams and garnishes. The new items will be available on Mondays starting June 6.

These drinks are made by utilizing different molecular gastronomy techniques. They not only look pretty and fun, they also taste delicious! The bar will begin featuring their new molecular drinks—spheres, foams and infused drinks—on June 6.
These unique drinks will be available at the bar from 6 – 11 p.m. on Monday nights only—so say goodbye to Mundane Mondays and hello to Molecular Mondays!
