MILWAUKEE - Dream Dance Steak has dug deep into its acclaimed wine cellar and has pulled some of its most exclusive wines as it prepares for the True Wine Lover's Dinner on Tuesday, Sept. 28.
This one-of-a-kind event will include an exquisite five-course dinner prepared by award-winning Dream Dance Steak Chef Jason Gorman. Those courses will be paired with some of the most treasured wines revered by the most discriminating wine aficionados.
MILWAUKEE - Mark Fuerst has been named Assistant Food and Beverage Director at Potawatomi Bingo Casino.
Fuerst will oversee efficiency within operations and communication between all food and beverage outlets. He will be responsible for ensuring that all outlets maintain the highest possible standards of products and service, and will work closely with staff to promote positive guest relations through courteous, efficient service.
MILWAUKEE - The suds will flow as two of Milwaukee's favorites – Dream Dance Steak and the Milwaukee Brewing Company – team up to host a special beer dinner Sept. 20.
The four-course meal will begin with the traditional tapping of a firkin, and will feature a specially selected, handcrafted beer to complement the flavors of each dish.
